El Rodeo started as a family dream back in 1992, when the Arellano family opened their very first restaurant in Harrisburg. It was one of the first places in the area to serve truly authentic Mexican food, and thanks to the support of our amazing community, that dream has grown into multiple locations across Central Pennsylvania.

Today, every El Rodeo location is still proudly family owned and operated, and that same care and tradition is what drives everything we do.

Now, we’re bringing that experience to you with the El Rodeo Taco Truck.

Whether we’re parked at a local event, catering a celebration, or popping up in your neighborhood, our goal is simple—serve fresh, authentic food and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere wherever we go. It’s the same flavors and family spirit you know, just on wheels.
